Un Scout es un niño, niña o joven que que ingresa o se encuentra en el Movimiento entre los 11 y los 15 años. Es alguien aventurero y soñador, dispuesto a aprender de la naturaleza al desafiarse y encontrar lo útil de ella, mientras disfruta atractivamente de cada vivencia que es segura para su bienestar. Todo esto de logra teniendo como marco simbólico la aventura fantástica que vive dentro de la Tropa.
